Our handcrafted wooden boards are thoughtfully made from local, sustainable timber. Made with food safe materials at every step of construction and finishing. We do not use vegetable oil to seal our boards as it quickly goes rancid. We use a food-grade mineral oil and beeswax blend on all our boards which means they are 100% safe for your kitchen and food.

A good wooden board grows better with age, provided you treat it right.

Clean gently: Wash by hand with warm water and a mild soap right after use.

Dry properly: Wipe it down thoroughly with a towel, then leave it to air-dry

Feed the timber: Rub it down regularly with a food-safe wood conditioner like our S A L T Y wood and leather butter to keep its deep, natural lustre and protect the grain.

Protect the wood: Never let it sit soaking in water, and keep it far away from the dishwasher.
